HOW CAN VERIFY HIGH TEMPERATURE

ASTM D-36 / D36 M -14 (2020) Standard Test Method for Softening Point.

Scope. This test method covers the determination of the Softening Point of Bitumen in the Range from 30º to 157º C (86º to 315º F ).

ASTM E-324 Initial and Final melting Points.

Scope. Covers the determination by a Capillarity tube method of the initial melting point and the final melting point between 30º and 250º C.

ASTM E- 1131 TGA Thermogravimetry Thermal Analysis (TGA).

Scope. Thermogravimetric analysis measures the percent weight loss of a test sample while the sample is heated at uniform rate in appropiate environment.
